i can upload my file from revit directly , so what is the extension of file that the trimble connect navigate with it
as i know trimble connect can recognize ifc
but does it can read revit file?
Thanks for submitting your question. When uploading a revit file from within Revit using the Trimble Connect Add-in the file that is uploaded is in fact the actual .rvt file. When you click on the .rvt file it will display in the 3D viewer (only when uploaded with the Trimble Connect Add-in) and when selecting to download the file, the original .rvt file is downloaded.
If you upload the .rvt file directly to Trimble Connect without using the Trimble Connect Add-in, the file will not be viewable in the 3D viewer and when selecting to download the file, the original .rvt file is downloaded.
I hope this clears up the question you had.
To "navigate" Revit models in Connect Web -- which I take to mean exploring their geometry and metadata in the 3D viewer -- as you would with IFC, upload them to a project using the Connect for Revit plugin:

I believe that after uploading model through Connect Revit Add-in, you should be able to view the model in the Connect.
