When using the Capture Image command at high resolution (300 DPI) for creating an image from the Background Map Function, I am getting a message that says "Cannot Create an Image with the Current Parameters" why is that and what am I doing wrong?

I am working on Sheet Layout workflows. I want to use the Background Map (Satellite Imagery) function to create images in my Sheets. The Background Imagery does not appear in the Sheet Layout within my Dynaviews. So I am now using the Capture Image command to create a georeferenced Image that can be used in the Plot Sheets.

In creating the image for my project, I have drawn a Plot Box around the project Area and am using the Capture Image command to create an Image. It will let me create the image at 96 DPI and 120 DPI but not at Hi Resolution (300 DPI). When I try to capture the image I get the message "Cannot Create an Image with the Current Parameters" - Why is this and what am I doing wrong?
