Support has been trying to assist me in being able to add a user to our company on Trimble Connect with no success for the last month. CAN THIS BE ESCALATED AND RESOLVED !!! This is ridiculous that this issue drags on this long..... error attached

Same thing here. Have waited 2 months for this to get resolved. Now they're telling me that I can't add team members unless everyone has a business license. This is ridiculous. Why would I even want to be a part of this? I updated my account to receive "Unlimited Everything", (mainly to add more project members) as it is advertised on your site, and now they're telling me I don't get updated anything. If this doesn't get worked out soon, I'm cancelling my license.
