When we start a scan with SX10, it collects images but it doesn't start scanning. When we try, we receive Bluetooth 10051 error code.What's the meaning of that code?

The Bluetooth 10051 error won't be related to the SX10 problems as when you are scanning you should be connected over WiFi. What version of Windows 10 do you have on your controller? If it's an older version that has not been updated for a while then it could be causing both the Bluetooth issues and SX10 issues.
I would recommend contacting your dealer. They should be able to help you trouble shoot the problem. If they ask for the SX10 log files these can be downloaded by going into the About screen in Trimble Access then selecting Support.
