Novapoint Landscape Library

Use this function to calculate the area formed by the lines selected and insert the same as a text label.

• AutoCAD entities - lines, arcs, and/or polylines can be selected.
• Novapoint calculates the area formed by the selected entities/objects and inserts the same as a text label.
• The text label will be inserted on a separate layer meant for this function.
• The perimeter of the area will be displayed at the command prompt.

Run the function from the following locations:

MOUS_ICO Menu: Landscape > Annotation > Area Label by selecting Lines
MOUS_ICO Toolbar: Annotation: Area Label by selecting Lines

Command prompts for: Pick a line, arc, or polyline: Select all the entities that define the area and finish with the 'right button of the mouse or the key 'Return'. Tip: * All object selection methods that are available with AutoCAD can be used.
