It is possible to export to LandXML and add the classes in the classification as LandXML attributes.

1. Using the Classification method will require that the project has one or more Classification tasks with Classes as subtasks.
   A Classification task can be created from the Insert ribbon in Novapoint.
2. Start the Export task from the Output ribbon.
3. Select the features to be included in the export.
4. Select the file format as LandXML.
5. Enter the Settings for the format.
6. In the version tab (the dialog should start here) check the checkbox for 'Use Field Code'.
7. Enter the 'Field Code' tab on the left-hand side
8. Add new rows and pick the classification task to read from and if you would like to read the 'Code' or 'Description'.
9. Add a separation or more if needed.
   The separation will make unique groups of the classifications to be used in the conversion rule.
10. Close the dialog
11. Choose the conversion rule that uses the classification, f.ex. 'Roadmodelsurfaces with fieldcode name'
12. Complete the Export task with OK.

You should now see the classification as part of the naming in the LandXML-file for the road model surfaces.
