Configuration

WHY DO I ONLY SEE PART OF THE CONFIGURATION WINDOW?

Using newer more modern screens you can get a resolution almost twice as large as before, 3840x2160 pixels. This might cause problems with dialogs written in older programming language. They might be ”cut off” and will not appear in its entirety.
When this happen You will not be able to use the desired functions.


In Novapoint this will occur in Novapoint Water and Sewer: Configuration and Novapoint Road: Draw Road model

Solution

Display settings – Scale och Layout. Change the resolution for text, apps etc. Use size 100% (sometimes 125%)
Then restart the computer!
