Export to LandXML

What

The function exports the Water and Sewer project to a LandXML file.

Run the function from the following locations:

How

The following method is used: 

1. Start the function
2. Save the file in a suitable folder
3. Select trenches in the dialogue. Use ctrl+left click to add more trenches. 
4. End with OK
