FAQ: Error converting project to 3D-Enabled

Question:
Why does WorksOS produces an error when I try to convert my project from 'Non-3D Enabled' to '3D-Enabled', and what can I do about it?
Answer:
The issue may be the coordinate system/calibration file you have used in the existing Non-3D-Enabled project in Trimble WorksManager. Your project coordinate system/calibration files in WorksOS should be the exact same definition as the devices (i.e., machines submitting TAG Files) on the live project. This will ensure data positional accuracy.
