Product view is grey/ not able to insert product

The preview window is grey and it’s not possible to insert products. 

Solution:

1. Set the path to the product library again
2. When you have chosen the TXT file you will be prompted in the command line if you want to unpack the files there, press yes.

Then it should work.

If it is not unpacked there, it will unpack to temporary folder and be deleted by windows 10 after some time. This is fixed in Novapoint 2020 FP.
