To locate where the files of a workset (downloaded project) are stored:
Alternative 1:
Open the project in Quadri for Windows (Novapoint)
Select the cloud symbol in the "Explorer" window in Quadri for Windows. If you don't see the "Explorer" window, select "Show" in the menu and turn the "Explorer" window on.
Look at "Path" in the "Properties" window. This is the full path name to this QuadriModel file. If you don't see the "Properties" window, select "Show" in the menu and turn the "Properties" window on. You can copy the path to the clipboard by clicking on it. The directory where your workset is stored is everything before the last "\".
Alternative 2:
if you know where the binder file (*.NpBinder) is, you can open that in a text editor and you will see the full path of your QuadriModel file as "filename" there. The directory where your workset is stored is everything before the last "\".
Alternative 3:
See in settings in Quadri for Windows (Novapoint) (Press "N" in upper left corner and then press "Settings") under "Quadri", "Download folder" where on your pc local worksets are stored.
Go to this directory and find a subdirectory with the date you downloaded the workset.
Go into this directory, to a subdirectory called "Job", then "7" or some other number.
There you should find a subdirectory with the model name and under that, the workset name.
Note! If support has asked you for a file from your workset, you need to send them the file itself, not only the filename!
