GeoSuite

User Error:

• Menus are not appearing in AutoCAD.
• Ribbons menus are not loading.
• GS Plan and GS Section are missing.

Problem: The GeoSuite.cuix file has not been loaded for some reason.

Solution:

1. Try to create a drawing from GeoSuite to AutoCAD.
2. If the menus do not load, try unloading them by typing the command: menuload
3. In the dialog, select GeoSuite from the list and click on Unload.
4. Click on Browse in the same dialog, select GeoSuite.cuix from either:
   • C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Trimble\Novapoint\Geosuite\R20\sv
   • C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Trimble\Novapoint\Geosuite\R20\no
   depending on whether you are using the Swedish (sv) or Norwegian (no) configuration.
   Replace [username] with your actual username. Then click Load, and then Close.
5. Check if the menus/ribbons are now displayed.
