Användarfel
Det kan finnas olika anledningar och problem att användaren får ett error meddelande relaterad med Licensen:
t.ex.
- Licensfilen ändras inte trots ändringar av parametern NETLICPATH i Inställningsfilen.
- ABISKOVER= är fel i Geosuite.ini (Inställningar inställningsfil)
- GS Arkiv kan startas, men inte GS Presentation (fält)och man får “No such feature exist” erhålls i FlexLm License Finder
- Det finns en aktiv licens, programmet ber dock om förnyelse eller inte erkänner licensen. Trimble ID failed. Failure code=error.
- Väntar på licens (kontinuerlig error)
- Saknar kontakt med Autograf Windows
- Automain körs inte (i task manager)

I GS Arkiv - öppna “Inställningar Inställningsfil”

Leta efter ABISKOVER=PRO

Ändra till ABISKOVER=FALT

Spara och stäng inställningsfilen

Starta om Geosuite

Fältdatorer som besöker hemmakontoret får ofta sina inställningar “pushade” - bland annat detta med var licenserna ska hämtas . Detta gör att sökvägen till Geosuite licens pekas om från lokal disk till central licenspool.
Detta måste då korrigeras manuellt i Registry genom att lägga in/ta bort referenserna till central licenspool i NOVAPT_LICENSE_FILE.

Gammal version av Geosuite som inte stödjer Trimble ID och Trimble ID fältet saknas i Config Switcher. Då måste man uppgradera till en senare version >2020.0.8.
4.
NETDBG=JA pga det kan vara en bug. Stäng Geosuite och kär det på nytt.
Om problemet pågår //NETDBG=JA för att oaktivera kommandon.
5.
Efter att man har testad med NETDBG=JA in inställningsfilen .
Gå in på C:\Program Files (x86)\Trimble\Novapoint\GeoSuite\2020
Radera manuellt katalogen under
C:\Program Files (x86)\Trimble\Novapoint\GeoSuite\2020\3rdParty\Vianova
Samt automain.exe.
Nu programmet skapar dem raderade filen på nytt.
Testa nu att köra GS Arkiv och presentation.
User error
There can be various reasons and problems for the user to receive an error message related to the License:
for example
- The license file is not changed despite changes to the NETLICPATH parameter in the Settings file.
- ABISKOVER= is wrong in Geosuite.ini (Settings settings file)
- GS Archive can be started, but not GS Presentation (field) and you get "No such feature exist" is obtained in FlexLm License Finder
- There is an active license, but the program asks for renewal or does not recognize the license. Trimble ID failed. Failure code=error.
- Waiting for license (continuous error)
- Missing contact with Autograf Windows
- Automain does not run (in task manager)
Remedy
1.
In GS Archive - open “Configutation File”
Look for ABISKOVER=PRO
Change to ABISKOVER=FALT
Save and close the settings file
Restart Geosuite

Field computers that visit the home office often have their settings "pushed" - including where the licenses are to be downloaded. This means that the path to the Geosuite license is redirected from the local disk to the central license pool.
This must then be corrected manually in the Registry by adding/removing the references to the central license pool in the NOVAPT_LICENSE_FILE.

Old version of Geosuite that does not support Trimble ID and Trimble ID field is missing in Config Switcher. Then you have to upgrade to a later version >2020.0.8.
4.
Go to Configuration file to insert an extra line
NETDBG=JA because it could be a bug. Close Geosuite and start it again.
If problem persists //NETDBG=JA to disable commands.
5.
After testing with NETDBG=JA in the Configuration file.
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Trimble\Novapoint\GeoSuite\2020
Manually delete the directory below
C:\Program Files (x86)\Trimble\Novapoint\GeoSuite\2020\3rdParty\Vianova
As well as automain.exe.
Run setup.exe and select repair.
Now the program recreates the deleted file.
Now try running GS Archive and presentation.
