How to add concatenate properties. 

See attached video of how to add concatenate properties during export. By using this method you can add several properties into one common property. To give an example for stormwaterpipe.

Dimension: 150
Material: PVC

You can now create a property with this result:
New property: Stormwater_150_PVC
