The attached video shows how you can add properties to multiple WS objects using the propertyset editor in Quadri. The video also show how you can export to IFC and how you can update the conversion rule in order to export out all properties on pipes and manholes.
This method requires you to first create Property set's (PSET) in model manager and share those PSET to the Quadri model that you work in.
