Novapoint Terrain Library

This function is a useful tool to obtain coordinate details (Northing, Easting, and Elevation) of points on road lines, map lines, any arbitrary points, etc.

• The minimum requirement for this function is that the correct database is active. To administrate the project setting for the Novapoint project, the terrain model (database), and road model use the function 'Project ID' of the menu 'Novapoint'.
• It is essential to check the project settings and the terrain model properties for group numbers and feature code settings.
• The function reads the coordinate details from the active project settings.
• The coordinates will be read from the active database (Digital Terrain Model) and displayed at the command line.

Start the function and the command prompts for:

Give XY <0.00,0.00,0.00>:

Pick the point of which the coordinates (Northing, Easting and Elevation) are to be listed. The function reads the coordinates of the selected point and displays them at command line.
