Long Section Style Editor

What

Use this function to create user-defined presentation style with customization. 

• To create user-defined presentation style for water and sewer longitudinal profiles
• To customize the water and sewer longitudinal profile styles (user-defined and pre-defined)

Customizing procedure for profiles is similar to that of 'Cable and WS Plan Style ' with the following deviations:

1. Features irrelevant to longitudinal profiles are excluded
2. Additional features that are necessary for longitudinal profiles
3. Additional features that are necessary for water and sewer projects

How

The following method is used: 

1. Start the function and the dialogue Ws Long section Style Editor will open
2. Add and delete elements in Elemtents View
3. Go through Style Parameters View
4. See the configuration in the visualization-window
5. Save Style and use it in the draw panel

New styles are created by adding style elements from a list and/or selecting the style elements from other styles (pre-defined or user-defined). User-defined styles can be used as company standards and can be reused in other projects as well. These styles will be available in the function 'Longitudinal Profile'

Following are the features of this function:

• Styles (pre-defined) are provided with preview (will be available soon)
• Style elements are also provided with preview (will be available soon)
• The style elements can be turned off instead of removing them from the style
• The style is created on a base scale and it automatically adjusts to the working scale and the specified exaggeration to present the 'Longitudinal Profile'
  • The styles can be simulated to various scale and/or exaggeration values in the creating/customizing phase
• Sample Data: The style being created/customizing can be viewed on the sample water and sewer project data
