We have released a new Penmap for Android version today.

The version 10.8.7.1150 includes the following enhancements:

support Catalyst Pay-As-You-Go (see attachment)
Penmap for Android can handle user defined coordinate systems with huge negative coordinates now. (e.g. czech krovak1 coordinate system)
UI enhancement in Chain and Offset
