How do my company register to access next gen Geosuite Presentation MVP?

Which platforms support the product?
The product is available in both web and desktop versions.
The web version can be accessed via any modern browser, even if you use tables or mobile phones. The desktop version is compatible with Windows.

Are my accounts synced between the web and desktop versions?
Yes, your accounts and data are synced between the web and desktop versions. You can access your information from either platform.
Can I export data from the current Geosuite presentation to this version?
Yes, first make sure that you use the latest version of Geosuite (or atleast 2020.0.12).
Open Geosuite Toolbox, select a project in the left-hand menu and then in the menu under Communication -> Export Geosuite dbsx.

Thereafter, select a folder where the .dbsx will be placed. If you receive warning messages, e.g. coordinate system is not defined, fix the warnings for the project to be able to proceed.
Open next gen Geosuite Presentation (Desktop application) or navigate to the web application. Then select 'Import .dbsx' and select the newly exported file. Geosuite will then start the import process which can take around 20-30 seconds.
Is an internet connection required for the desktop version?
An internet connection is currently required.

What does it cost?
Currently it is called MVP (Minimum Viable Product), which means that it is not a full release of the product. It is therefore currently free for all users that have a Geosuite presentation license.
How do I update the product?
The web version is automatically updated.
For the desktop version, you will receive notifications when updates are available and can update within the application.
What if I am having trouble logging in?
Make sure you are using the correct email address and password. If you continue to experience issues, click "Forgot Password" to reset your password or contact our support team.
