Position number and table of content (BOM)

This function is used to generate a report with the bill of materials (BOM). You can also get the position number on the objects you selected.

Where

The function is in the Product library tab in the Novapoint ribbon.

How

You use the function in the following way:

1. Click on the function
2. Choose which type of BOM you want, and/or check for position number.
3. Draw a box around the objects you want to include.

Now, position number and a bill of materials will be generated. The bill of materials will be generated with the available information of the objects you included.

NOTE: Remember to have Microsoft Excel installed on the computer. The bill of materials will be generated in a Microsoft excel sheet. An error will occur if it is not installed.
