To allow all users and organizations to update to the latest Connect for Windows version, the timeline of the forced update process has been extended by two weeks. The new date is March 30, 2021. The impacted application versions stay the same.
On March 30th (30-Mar-2021) the Connect for Windows application installations that are older than version 1.10.0 will be force updated to the latest version of the application. The update is necessary to maintain the Trimble Connect system security and performance.
When the forced update is applied, it won’t be possible to run Connect for Windows application versions that are older than 1.10.0. Instead, the application will require downloading and installing the latest version before being able to continue.
