Trimble Connect Product Updates

There is a new version of the Trimble Connect for Browser 3D Viewer available at  https://3d.connect.trimble.com. Version identifier for this release is: 1.4.5

To load the new version to your browser, click the refresh link when the version update message is displayed.

The change that was announced in the banner message and in the Connect Product Updates forum in early January has been deployed. In short, Trimble Connect 3D viewer requires iOS version 15 or higher on Apple iOS devices. More information is available in the blog post.  

 
This version update has new features:

Export to CSV settings. The data table export to CSV feature has new settings that enable you to control how the CSV file gets created

• Data grouping: Control if the current groupings are exported or not
• Precision: Control the precision of numerical values. Set them either to use the project default unit precision settings (what you see on screen) or alternatively use the full numerical precision to enable calculations downstream.
• Column separator symbol: select which character is used as the column separator. Auto detection happens automatically based on the system locale settings. 

This version update contains improvements and fixes:

 

• Fixed an issue where viewing .PURL point cloud files failed
