The input and result data for a road design can be exported to a few different formats, some are proprietary formats and some are more consumable in open formats.
Road model files can be exported to proprietary formats designed by Novapoint to hold the road design input data in the dialogs and various descriptions and also the results from the last calculation.
In addition to reading the files back into Novapoint, the files can be read into some other software also:- Trimble Business Center- Powel Gemini

The input data for the design tools dialogs and descriptions can be exported to more readable open formats.
