Some of the objects in the Novapoint product library are not scaled properly. The reason is that some of the products have meters set as the DWG scale. This is then put out as 1000 time bigger then it actually is.
Use the provided Novapoint product library template (DWT) when using the NP product library. It has to be the 2019 version or newer (DWT).
Write command "UNITS" - Sett insertion scale to unitless.
