The Share Data feature allows users to share files from a project with internal and external users. You can share the files that are stored in Trimble Connect in 3 ways: Share Setting Description Specific members of the project Files can be shared with specific project members which will override any folder level restrictions previously applied to the user. Signed in users with the link Using this setting will allow any logged in user who has the link to be able to access the file. Any users with the link Public or anonymous link sharing. Anyone who has the link can access the file, without signing in to their Trimble Account.
