Trimble Connect for Windows can be installed on a Windows Desktop, Laptop or Tablet. NOTE: Connect for Windows cannot be installed on devices that have ARM-based processors. Supported Windows Versions Trimble Connect for Windows only supports Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems. Trimble Connect for Windows application does not support Windows 7. Microsoft has ended technical support for Windows 7 on January 14, 2020 (link to Microsoft support article). When more than one graphics cards are available in the system, make sure to set the graphics settings of your system so that the higher performance graphics card is used to run the Trimble Connect for Windows application. High resolution monitors require more GPU. For example, with 4k resolution more GPU is required than with full HD.
