We got some customer feedback, that on Samsung devices, the „touch&hold“ function after an Android update, to version 8.0 and higher, is not working any more.
This is also an issue for Penmap for Android. You need the “touch&hold” function on the map view to start zoom all or the edit function.
To fix this issue with Android 8 or higher on Samsung devices, you need to change the following Android setting.
Android settings >> Accessibility >> Dexterity and interaction >> Press and hold delay to 1sec.
