Trimble Connect Product Updates

**Please read this support bulletin if you are unable to login to Trimble Connect for HoloLens Application on Trimble XR10/HoloLens 2**

In TCH v 3.5 we released a new login framework that is compatible with Trimble Identity Service v 4. Users must download Trimble Connect Mobile v 2.16 onto their mobile devices in order to use the HoloLens Companion QR Code for QR login. If you use an older version of TCM app you will be prompted to use TCM v 2.16

QR Login Method is the most recommended and preferred way to login into Trimble Connect for Hololens
Manual Login Method is not recommended at this time due to know issues and limitations
