Trimble Connect Sync v2.69.2.0  is available. 

Issue fixes

• We have fixed the issue with "Contact Support" , and optimized contact support to share sync data files for latest 30 days. The ability to send log files through "Contact Support" option in Windows had become non responsive after the 2.69.1.0 release. The same is fixed now.
