We request users on older versions of the Mobile app to move over to the latest Production(v2.14) or Beta version(v2.14.1). After 17-Mar-2021 (another 2 weeks), the files for legacy 3D viewer will not be processed. We had requested the same on 20-Jan-2021 through Release notes (Reference) and an announcement banner.
