Why We Built This
We realized that our vast library of documentation is a goldmine of information. When you are out in the field or managing a critical project timeline, you don't always have time to sift through pages of help articles. The purpose of this new AI assistant is to eliminate the search. Instead of you going to the documentation, we are bringing the documentation directly to you.
Your Digital Support Partner, Built-In
We’ve integrated a smart, conversational AI assistant directly into the WorksManager interface. Think of it as your own digital site supervisor who has memorized every help document, technical spec, and "how-to" guide we’ve ever published for WorksManager.

What can the AI Chat Assistant do?
To ensure accuracy, the assistant is trained exclusively on official Trimble WorksManager documentation. When you ask a question, the WorksManager Assistant scans our verified help articles and provides a concise summary of the answer.
Crucially, every response includes a direct link to the source document, allowing you to dive deeper, view diagrams, or get more context if needed.
