WorksManager incorrectly generating the SMZ file

The issue appears to be that the smz file, which should be a zipped .svl file, is being written by WorksManager without the necessary .svl file extension for the contained file. This is preventing Earthworks machines from loading the site map correctly. This issue is fixed. But for the existing files, the user should upload a new SVL file.

This means when you sign in with your email and password, you will also need to enter a verification code sent to your email to complete the process. What Will Happen? This shift will decouple IBSS from outdated cloud infrastructure and make the service more reliable and scalable. Furthermore, this upgrade uses common infrastructure with the Geospatial IBSS.
