Earthwork Reports-Planimetric vs. Actual (or slope)

A large portion of my job consists of creating "Earthwork Reports" for many of the engineers that need to do takeoffs for bid items.  I've noticed that the total area amount provided in the earthwork reports is a planimetric (or flat) area.  Is there a setting that can provide an actual (or slope) area in the earthwork report feature?  Presently I have to print off a separate "Surface Information Report" to get that information.

    Hello,

Unfortunately the Trimble Connect team will not be able to assist you with Earthworks related issues. You may find support from this page: https://heavyindustry.trimble.com/en/support

I'm referring to earthwork reports under the "Surfaces" tab in Trimble Business Center and not to "Earthworks" for machine control. I think there might be a little confusion about my question. Is there a better location to ask TBC related questions than Trimble Connect?

    Hi Brandon,

Sorry about that - yes there are two forums for Trimble Business Center:

    Trimble Business Center Group (Geospatial)

    Trimble Business Center for Construction
