I have dragged and dropped the IFC 3D model file in to Trimble for viewing on tablet so that our carpentry team can easily view the work to do, however, when I try to upload and "CONVERT" the IFC model file in to Trimble Connect project, it says "Conversion Failed", andError processing data for Viewer. Please contact support.
I need to know what I can do to upload it correctly to web browser so that myself and other team members can view it?
I have tried on different web browsers also, Microsoft edge, Safari, Brave... etc, nothing is working, and time is running out!
Any guidance would be appreciated? Thank you

I am using latest chrome version 107.0.5304.88 (Build oficial) (64 bits) on windows 10
this is the error :

The file can be seen on the desktop app fine, but i cannot tell my clients to install such an app. This issue happens on all the company computers.

Our team is working to fix the issue with Trimble Connect for Browser with the opening of 3D files and views (Invalid Query Param issue) . There are some workarounds suggested in our Community post here . We will keep you posted on the updates.

Thank you for posting the "Hard refresh", but this seems like an short time fix. I have been struggling with Trimble Connect and the browser version for days now. I have found a site that reports the status of the Trimble Connect service. According to that site (Trimble Connected Community Status (myconnectedsite.com))there is nothing wrong with Trimble Connect. Does anyone know where we can report this kind of failure of service?

Found a quick fix do a "Hard refresh" in the browser.
How to hard refresh browser and clear cache if you're using Chrome.
- Hold down Shift and click the Reload button.
- Or Hold down Command, Shift and click the 'R' key.
