Old one: got external support on this one and this is what they said:
Trimble connect desktop issue that keeps changing the location.
Go to:
Local disk C/Users/*yourname*/.trimbleConnect/.files/
Remove the files in the folder and open Trimble connect desktop again to reload the files.
Step 2
Go to locale disk C:users/*yourname*/Appdata/Local/Trimble/Trimble Connect/
Notice that appdata folder can be hidden -> you need to go to the windows settings to unhide this ...
Remove the files in this folders ( notice that unpublished folders get removed also -> publische before if you need them ! )

Hi Mike,
Did you end up resolving this issue?
I am too experiencing the same issue.

Can't set my (external received) models to a new level in trimble connect.
Shared folder on trimble connect and a revit export ifc keeps jumping to level 0.
I keep changing it to level +36000 but after ±10 mins it's back to level 0.
Have this is multiple projects.
Delete model & re-upload -> no effect
Can't remove and change name because it's shared on multiple users that would ask many questions.
