Hello, I've been trying to apply a ground scale factor to my state plane coordinates in trimble access and TBC, but when I enter the scale factor it doesn't seem like its being applied properly.
With the scale factor I'm using, my control point should be:
421,173.7664 N * 1.0001485221 = 421,236.3200 Y
1,889,225.8327 E * 1.0001485221 = 1,889,506.4245 X
But instead TBC is converting it to:
421235.811 N
1889214.274 E
Any idea why this is happening?
