Hi all,
We have an issue in TC where the IFC's we export from Bentley iTwin (2x3 / 4x3), appear with a type of bounding box attached to certain cylindrical elements. Turning off the box also turns off the associated element.
This issue occurs in TC on Windows, browser and mobile but does not occur in any other IFC viewers eg. BIMcollab, BIMvision, NavisWorks etc.
We have a workaorund in place to remove the boxes by using Navisworks, but this is not ideal and loses element data during the conversion process and adds an unnecessary step to the workflow.
Here is another community post with the same issue, that has not received any reponse since 2022.
