As title, I was prompted to sign in to TC Sync through the Trimble Identity page with a big "Staging Environment " stamp on it, where my username is "does not exist" despite me having no issue logging in to the usual trimble connect webpage.

Please use the TC Sync v 2.69.5.0 . This issue was resolved.
