Here is an example Corridor with Variable Edge Details (as per your specs) that does what I suggested in the prior response to your question
Note - Because I dont know what happens when there is insufficient room for a 2m / ft Ditch or a 1:3 Slope - the start and end variation is not clean in this example - if you let me know what happens when that condition exists I can update this and repost it.
