Novapoint Geotechnics Library

If you have a GeoSuite project connected to a Quadri model, it can sometimes be practical to be able to see exactly the same profiles directly in the Quadri model that you have generated with GeoSuite in AutoCAD.

In this Tab in AutoCAD/Civil3D, there is a tool “Profiles to Novapoint Base” in the group “Interpretation”.

1. Generate cross sections in GeoSuite (using alignment downloaded from Quadri).
2. When the profiles are plotted, select “Profiles for Novapoint Base”.
   

   

   
   
3. Choose the profiles you want to create in Novapoint..
   

   

   
   
4. The profiles are now created in Novapoint Base. In the Explorer, we can see them as:
