Interpreted point(s) may be associated with boreholes or stand-alone.
By positioning the new interpreted point near the centerline of the borehole - within the borehole string - the interpretation will be associated with that borehole and, if checked, saved back to the GeoSuite project.
Stand-alone points may be positioned at arbitrary positions between the boreholes. If the point is positions outside the definition of the Cross-section width, the new point will not show in the Cross-section (filtered out by Left/Right section width).
