In order for us to be able to handle the connection between GeoSuite and Quadri, we must ensure that we work with the same calculation basis - in this case the alignment.

To download the alignment:

1. Start Quadri for Windows and choose to open the model.
2. Start AutoCAD from Quadri for Windows.
3. Start GeoSuite Toolbox, select the related project and start the Presentation module.
4. Initiate the connection to the AutoCAD session started from Quadri for Windows by, for example, creating a plan view drawing or a single borehole. Important that you use the same AutoCAD process started by Quadri for Windows.
5. In AutoCAD/Civil3D: select the “Plan” Tab.
6. Select the tool “Novapoint Alignment”.

8. Save a copy of the alignment to the GeoSuite database - the same name will be proposed as in Quadri for Windows:
