This function lets you swap the set of drawing rules for the whole drawing. All areas defined using Land use disposal will be updated to the drawing rules of the chosen plan type.

When the function starts it will scan the drawing for areas. Then it presents a dialog where you can choose between different plan types.
Use this function for example to convert a drawing from color to B/W or to make a maintenance plan from a landscape drawing
