Trimble Business Center – Version 2025.21
Important Note! This version of Trimble Business Center is available to:
§ Perpetual license users whose current warranty expiration date is November 1, 2025 or later. (If your perpetual license warranty expires prior to this date and you proceed with the installation, licensed features will not be available.)
§ Subscription license users whose subscription is currently active.
If necessary, contact your distributor to purchase a warranty extension or renew your subscription. In the TBC ribbon, select Support > License Manager to view your warranty or subscription expiration date.
These enhancements and fixes for listed bugs are included in this release:
Enhancements
§ Mission and Run Registration:
§ The distance gaps between the selected Ground Control Point (GCP) and the picked target - known as the Easting, Northing, and Elevation residuals - are now signed and included in the report.
§ Resizing the Smart Picking window during registration causes instability. Enlarging it forces a square aspect ratio to eliminate whitespace, while shrinking it can cause TBC to lag or freeze.
(See Register a Mission and Register a Run in the help.)
§ Publish to TRCPS - Send mobile mapping data to the Trimble Reality Capture Platform Service for sharing and collaboration on point clouds, trajectories, and images (with or without the blurring option). (See Publish Point Cloud Data and Panoramic Images to Trimble Connect and Publish Mobile Mapping Point Cloud Data, Trajectories, and Images to Trimble Connect in the help.)
§ Export to Orthoimage options - In the Orthoimage exporter, use the Create world file option to generate a .tfw file, and use the Compression option to generate smaller files. (See Export Orthoimage Files (.tiff, .txt) in the help.)
§ Upgraded curb and gutter support - New automation makes adding new curb patterns and switching between different curb patterns quicker and easier. (See Extract Curb and Gutter Line Features from a Point Cloud in the help.)
Fixed Bugs
§ Exporting surfaces to an IFC file could result in an empty file.
§ A licensing error could occur when sending data to RTX-PP.
§ Files would not process when they included a slash ("/") after the feature code and line number.
§ Accessing files on a shared network via VPN could result in significant lag.
