Hi Saif
Please try the following:
1. Make sure your graphics card is configured correctly. For example if you are using an NVIDIA graphics card, in NVIDIA Control Panel, Program Settings, set TBC to use the High-performance NVDIA processor (other graphics cards should have similar settings).
2.Try uninstalling TBC using the the Trimble Office Clean Up Utility and then reinstall 5.40 again.
3. If you still have issue then please contact your dealer.
