Hi Wayne, 

Prior to TBC 5.51, in the rare case that no site region was defined during the takeoff workflow, the Earthwork Summary reported the same cut volume as fill volume (the cut value was placed in the Fill field). This (heretofore unreported) error would likely have been obvious because cut and fill volumes will never be identical in a real-world job. The cut volumes were (and remain) accurate, as are the fill volumes.

I just saw this little nugget deep in the read me:

"The Earthwork Summary Report included an incorrect “fill” value."

Holy fuck!  What does that mean?  Have all the fill values I've computed to date been incorrect?!?!  Anybody know anything about that??
