on page 12 you show a Fill Conditions table and a Cut Conditions Table with ditch width and ditch slope. In the template editor I can see the slope by depth table, but that will only give me cut slope. Where do I have the variable ditch slope and also the fill slope table? Maybe I am missing something? Thanks,
