TSC7 2.4 Radio Module update

All,

I am having issues with a TSC7 that has the 2.4 radio module on it and it won't stay connected to a robot. I was told to update the EM120 support package but when I try to run it I get a windows installer error.
It says "This installation package could not be opened. Contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid windows installer package". I have searched numerous possible fixes on google and none of them seem to work. Whats more frustrating is that Trimble has been made aware of this as of last Thursday and they still have yet to respond to my local Sitech rep. Now, according to there documentation this is supposed to fix this issue but obviously only if you can actually install the update. Has anyone ran into this problem? I had a T7 with the same issue. I attached a list of files of which I was trying to update. All files updated with the exception of the support package.

Hello, is the radio still under warranty? I had one a couple of months old do the same thing and the dealer replaced the unit.

Have you tried "re-seating" the module? the one time I had the unit not recognized by windows, I took the module off the TSC7 and put it back on and it was fine.

Is your Trimble OS up to date? the radio module drivers are part of the OS. The Trimble OS includes Windows 10 and re-images the unit.
