job XML (Ver 6.23) - Import Error

Any suggestions why my Computer won't recognise V6.23 files - but will import 6.22 - my private laptop imports BOTH OK
Using TBC 5.50 , Access 2021.10 and Sync Manager 1.4.62.0

Working now - I used Office Cleanup v5.30 and uninstalled TBC , re-installed from the offline full download ( just accepted defaults) and it now recognises Access 2021.10 (v6.23 jxl) files
It must just have been the order I installed TBC / Sync Manager & Access emulator initially (frustrating but at least I'm back in business!)
