 Video how to create alignment VAL from a profile and hanging up the cross-sections on that

Hi

I can not find the videos that was on the old forum made by Alan Sharp for HAL and VAL for alignment and how to hang up the cross-sections on that.
I have found some text guides  but it isnt enought for me. I need video guide.
I am trying to make Val from a profile (CAD line) from customer but get stuck after copying the profile line into profile wiev and then I cant set the elevation it is always "0" as the CAD line has .


Someone wrote, that there are videos, I can get to by in support tab in TBC, but I havent fint it in Help, Tutorials,  Library.... might be in elearning but it wants another registration... I have my trimbel ID but I had to make another registration to enter Tutorials and I need anothet for elearning.... is it normal?

Yes, the link to the video is broken.

Thought I saw @David Kosakowski responding to broken video links - but not sure if that's something he still does - or he passes a list to someone else...

I didn't search, but you could also see if Alan has a new/updated video at https://community.myrockpile.com

There is an active ticket with Higher Logic Support (the community platform provider) to find and restore missing or disassociated image and video content, but little progress yet. We have asked several users for examples of broken links, but have received no specifics yet. Nevertheless, we have discovered several examples of the problem and are trying to identify a pattern and thereby a solution.

But it is only an explanation... I need solution .... its nice to know about a ticket with Higher Logic Support... how it can help me?.... in the case you are mentioning that, it would by fine to know, how to use it, to get on.... give me a link with a field to copying my broken link or push the managment to make practical, structural odered and helpful library of videos and manuals
